This Privacy Policy describes how Neon Flip ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") handles user information. The Game is an arcade reflex endless runner. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our players.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect or share personal information that can identify you directly in the real world. However, to enable the global leaderboard and account integration, the Game uses the following services:

• Google Play Games Services: Used to authenticate your player profile, track achievements, and display your public gamer tag (display name) on leaderboards.
• Firebase Realtime Database: A cloud database service provided by Google, used to host and store the public all-time and daily leaderboards.

2. Data Collection and Usage

For players who sign in to Google Play Games, the following data is transmitted and stored in our Firebase database to facilitate the leaderboard functionality:

• Your public Google Play Games display name (e.g., "NeonRunner").
• A unique database key derived from your Google Play Games Player ID (prefixed with "android_").
• Your high scores and associated system seed.
• A server-generated timestamp of when the score was submitted.

This data is used solely to display global rankings and is not used for profiling, tracking, or marketing purposes.

3. Data Encryption and Security

All data transmitted between the Game, Google Play Games Services, and the Firebase database is encrypted in transit using industry-standard secure network protocols (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Data Deletion and User Rights

We respect your privacy rights, including the right to access, restrict, or delete your data under the GDPR and other privacy regulations. You can delete your data in two ways:

• Delete Leaderboard Records (In-Game): You can permanently wipe all score records, display name, and player identifier entries from our Firebase Realtime Database at any time. Simply open the game settings (gear icon ⚙️) and click "Wipe My Online Data".
• Delete Google Play Profile: You can delete your overall game profile and achievements by opening the Google Play Games app on your device, navigating to Settings -> "Delete Play Games account & data", and selecting "Neon Flip".

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
